Im from Canada and i get like 100-450 ping, mostly in the 200-300s, how can i fix this? :\ is it a lot?

It's perfectly normal: GW isn't an UT2k4 InstaGib match and doesn't need 5 ms network latencies to be playable. I get around 180 ms most of the time.

It's quite a lot, I hate having high ping in gw. When catching spikes or stuff. You can try complaining to your ISP. Cleaning windows of rubbish, leaving router off for an hour. MTU Tweaks (google it) and other stuff. It might just be natural for your location though. My ping is really bad in GW :/.

I clean comp, tweak and optimize internet, memory, etc. Did some defrag stuff too hoping it would do something...

New computer won't help if you live miles from exchange.

What kind of MTU tweaks?
